Rev. Darren Brandon

Darren is in his seventh year as senior pastor of St. Paul. He has enjoyed serving United Methodist churches in Owensboro, Franklin, Berea, and Bardstown, as well as spending four years as a District Superintendent. Darren is a graduate of Belmont University and Vanderbilt University Divinity School. He has served as the chair of the Board of Ordained Ministry for the Kentucky Conference and is currently the Conference Secretary.
 
Darren and his wife Lori both grew up in Middle Tennessee. Abby, the youngest of their two daughters, is a Middle School English teacher. She and her husband, David, have one son named Thomas. Dea, Darren and Lori’s eldest daughter, is completing her counseling degree.  She and her husband, David, have two sons, Davis and Denver, and one daughter, Delia.
 
Darren and Lori love living in the Highlands. They like to spend their free time with their grandchildren or at the family farm in Tennessee where they like to grow sweet corn and sunflowers.
