Rev. Darren Brandon

Darren is in his third year as senior pastor of St. Paul. He has enjoyed serving United Methodist churches in Owensboro, Franklin, Berea, and Bardstown, as well as spending four years as a District Superintendent. Darren is a graduate of Belmont University and Vanderbilt University Divinity School. He is the chair of the Board of Ordained Ministry for the Kentucky Conference and serves on the advisory board for the 5th Division.

Darren and his wife Lori both grew up in Middle Tennessee. Abby, the youngest of their two daughters, lives in Louisville, is recently engaged and is a middle school English teacher. Dea, their eldest daughter, is a recent graduate of Memphis Theological Seminary and works for the Center for Youth Ministry Transformation (CYMT). She and her husband, David, have a son, Davis, born in the spring of 2017.

Darren and Lori love living in the Highlands. They like to spend their free time at the family farm in Tennessee where they hammer away on projects. You might also see Darren riding his bike to work, playing a round of golf, or trying out a new restaurant.
