Cast & Crew for the Louisville Boar’s Head and Yule Log Festival

One of the special parts about the Louisville Boar’s Head and Yule Log Festival is that it unites hundreds of people! We are now casting for non-speaking roles for participants Kindergarten and older. See below for roles we are casting for:

2019 Volunteer Positions
If acting isn’t your thing, but you still want to help, volunteer with the Festival.
Volunteers are needed for:
Costume Sewing and Repairs
Lighting Set-up
Remove Decorations from Sanctuary
Dining Hall: Table Set-up
Final Sanctuary Set-up and Hanging Lights
Supervise Children and/or Youth During Performances

  • Dress Rehearsal: December 28, 6:00-9:30pm
  • Festival: December 29 and 30, 5:00-8:00pm
  • Festival: December 31: 6:00-8:00pm
  • 3 people needed each night
Servers for Dinners
  • Contact: Pam Jennings
  • December 29, 6:30pm (arrive by 6:00pm)
  • December 30, 6:30pm (arrive by 6:00pm)
  • December 31, 5:00pm (arrive by 4:30pm)
  • 5-8 people needed each dinner
  • Childcare available
Ushers For Festivals

  • December 29, 8:00pm (arrive by 7:20pm)

  • 4 ushers needed each show
Help with Costumes

  • Repair, and hand out to cast members
  • 2-3 people needed each show
Tear-Down Set
  • Contact: Jim McFarland
  • January 1, 9:30am-noon
  • Help return rental lights, scaffolding, disassemble set, move set to storage (20-30 people needed)
