At St. Paul, Guided Meditation is a powerful, prayerful small group experience. You will be guided in gratefulness, healing of the body, and a compassionate practice for yourself your neighbor, and the whole earth. You will become more aware of how God is always present, healing you in mind, body, and spirit. You do not have to have any experience with either guided imagery or meditation to attend a group. You can drop in when it fits your schedule. New guests are always welcome!

Guided Meditation is a powerful way to deal with stress, and aid the healing of mind, body, and spirit.

In recent years there has been an increasing body of research on both Guided Imagery and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR Meditation) showing impressive results in reducing anxiety and depression, alleviating pain and tension in the body, and lowering high blood pressure. In addition it has been shown to elevate the immune system, and improve creativity and performance.

Group facilitator, Marilyn Stoner, is a spiritual formation guide with 25 years of experience in Guided Imagery with groups, individuals, workshops, and retreats.
