Thinking about the end of life and all the details that surround one’s passing can be very overwhelming. This Workshop will help you get your affairs in order. We will discuss and provide forms to plan for advanced directives, Healthcare surrogate, durable power of attorney, financial details, cremation and burial information, and so much more.
There is no cost for this Workshop. However, donations to cover the cost of printing will be received.
