Service of Sound and Silence
The Service of Sound and Silence is a time of healing, prayer, music, and tranquility. Holy Communion is also offered. This special service is offered once a quarter in the Chapel, which is on the 2nd floor (across from the Sanctuary).
This service is meant to be a time spent in God’s presence, listening with the “ear of your heart” for God’s message of love to you. There will be time for quiet reflection, song, silence, scripture, and prayer.
We hope it will be a spiritually nourishing time for you in the midst of all life’s noise, demands and busyness.
The next Service of Sound and Silence will be announced. This is a 30-minute worship that is usually held on a Wednesday at 5:30pm, before Wesley Night dinner.
“God’s first language is silence.”
